We offer free shipping across India. Your order will be dispatched within 7–9 working days, and tracking details will be shared with you via email once shipped.

International
We ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of items in your order.
For seamless international transactions, please select the ‘Credit Card’ or ‘International Cards’ option at checkout. To use PayPal, head to the ‘Wallet’ section within the Razorpay payment gateway.

For international customers wishing to use Indian cards, please select the ‘Cashfree’ option at the international checkout.

Disclaimer:
In extremely rare scenarios during international transactions, a payment may appear as failed on your end even though the amount has been deducted. This typically occurs due to a server-side issue from the payer’s bank. Rest assured, your order will still be confirmed, and our dedicated UDD team will be in touch to assist you. While such instances are uncommon, we’re fully committed to ensuring they don’t affect your experience with UDD.

Customs and Import Duties Information on International Shipments:

Some orders will be subject to additional customs charges upon delivery depending on specific country custom laws. 

Your order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the custom authorities, and the same shall be borne by you. Please note that Udd Design has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actual.
