Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style if available. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 8-10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, your credit/exchange would be processed.

Please note:

1)      Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged for another product or store credit (applicable for domestic shipments only).

2)      No exchange available for blouses, customised orders, accessories and goods bought under discounted prices

3) No exchange available for garments that are made to specified measurements or that are under 'made to order' category. 

4)      Garments, Sarees or Dupattas cannot be exchanged against any accessories like Bags.

5)      Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products are delivered without tags.

6)      Where provided, free gifts and any designer packaging such as muslin bags, should be included with your return

7)      All custom-made orders are non-returnable.

7)      No Exchanges, refunds, negotiations on discounted merchandise.

8)      We do not exchange bags, art frames.

9)      Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective or damaged. Not applicable on stock clearance or goods under sale section.

11) Reverse pick-up in case of exchange will be available only if that service is available from your pincode and a fee of Rs. 300 will be charged ( deducted from the credit not for the same ) as the courier companies charge a premium for this service from us too. 

Exchange Outside India

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.

In an exceptional case to case basis, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods in India, at an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partners, within 60 days from merchandise delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the customer. Shipping charges may be applicable in case, exchanged merchandise requires International shipping.
